Over the past year we have developed a relationship with several Shea Butter making Cooperatives in Nigeria. With the help of our business partners in Nigeria, Salome and Leo, we are in the process of increasing production capacity by establishing a central shea butter production center within the local community. Our business model is based on the knowledge that by doing most of the processing within the local community, we promote Fair Trade, add value to the community and the goods they produce. We are aggressively pursuing financing to begin development of this new facility.
