One sure way to know that winter is upon us, is the return of dry itchy skin. You may find that the body care products that worked just fine in the Summer and early Fall are not quite cutting it anymore.

- Take warm showers instead of hot. Hot baths and showers dry the skin

- Exfoliate regularly with a moisturizing scrub.
- Use a rich body butter that is loaded with natural oils like Shea butter, coconut oil, sweet almond oil and natural humectants like glycerin to trap moisture to the skin
- Use a humidifier
- Drink Lots of Water
