My kids have been sniffling and coughing quite a bit lately, especially at night. I made up a bath time concoction to help relieve congestion and help them get a good nights rest. Our weekday bath time routine doesn't usually consist of soaking in the tub due to our hectic schedules, but this was well worth it. The kids enjoyed splashing around and the aromatherapy cleared their heads. An added bonus was that the bathroom smelled divine for quite a while too.
My concoction consists of a few drops the following Essential Oils added to a warm bath
Lavender 40%
Rosemary 30%
Eucalyptus 20%
Pink Grapefruit 10%
After the bath, I rubbed them down with my special Shea therapy cold relief balm. They slept like babies
